So, the DSO is proceeding. It seems the problem is TATA needs an extension to the agreement that gives them exclusive rights to the taconite deposits. I would think they will get their extension as they are already partners. They still have a possible 100 million tonnes of high grade direct shipping ore. Things should straighten out in the next week or so hopefully.
