I veiw Thursday's trading (Jan 7th) as being incredible. Here's Nemaska, a junoir miner with only speculative value....no earnings and still in search of financing. The value here is all speculative, based on expectations (or hopes) of future perfomance. I'm not saying that as a good or bad thing....that's just reality.

And yet on a day when the markets were a sea of red.....little old NMX trading on the crappy Venture exchange, it actually manages to trade higher.

That's incredible because I can certainly see why shareholders might be convinced to sell....obvioulsy there's the motivation to take profits, and then there's the overall tanking of the market. At times of market stress you'll often hear of "the flight to quality". Well typically a junoir mining company does not qualify....but still NMX moved up.

That suggests to me that maybe....just maybe, there are buyers out there who know something good is coming and that they're anxious to get on board quick.
