Was the story ever confirmed?

This is an OTC QX'er, so I would not expect outright shenanigans by the company.

Finding this happening every now and then, sometimes a lot, in OTC/Pinks. Someone floats a story so they can exit. At times, supposedly large holders wanting out, even make up web sites/pages, complete with false and misleading info to lure people in. But, looking legit even though it is all a bunch of hooey. Paid pumpers are expected to appear when they try to unload. bashers, well, not so sure paid ones actually exist. Guess that is why OTC/Pinks are the Wild Wild West.
