Mug Rollback-I'm Out

I was very very deep in this stock 550k plus but with announcement of the rollback at 6 for 1 and a rights offering without pricing details I felt that the stock even with less shares was not going to be worth one dollar plus .

So I'm out.

However the deal with Hud Minerals has a lot of merit and I can understand the need to raise funds and the rollback and rights offering was the road to go as the shares outstandings was too large.

I will watch this after the consolidation and re enter at the approiate price and time.
