Since the ONE CHILD per family did NOT do much good, (except to provide more Chinese GIRL babies for ADOPTION, out side of China), maybe this will work more effectively to improve, the 'JOBS" shortage,and the --population feeding--, problem..

After ALL the World can only absorb, A certain amount of consumer goods..

Can you imagine what will happen to World-wide AUTO sales, when China builds the where-with-all, to compete in that ARENA..???

(To say nothing of the increase in domestic auto use's impact on the air Quality inside China)

AND---They are already building a modern NAVAL FORCE...

(That should employ many,more)...

THAT should help assuage America's unemployment problem, as we begin another round of SABER RATTLING, this time with CHINA instead of RUSSIA..(IT worked for REAGAN).
