then when will any of the individuals named at "disinfo" file a suit against sites that claim otherwise, such as this one:

Oh yeah. Maybe countersuits and discovery?

Of course, I am only reporting what other sites in the High Tech Trash Pile are saying. So my reporting is (for now anyway) still Constitutionally protected under the First Amendment.

Until, that is, the Second goes by the wayside.
