Is that the same Brian Ross? Note, I am only asking a question. We don't know if it's the same Brian Ross. Although I think it isn't, (pretty sure it's not). I suppose, as Soetoro would say, there's "no way to know".

(Which of course, is the way of a communist judicial system in which once accused, you must prove your innocence and there is 'no way to know' if the accused is truly innocent.... it's like trying to disprove a negative.)

Well, thankfully, we don't have an official legal communist judicial system yet (although some might argue that we do when dealing with administrative law at the federal and state level) so I would have to say that Brian Ross has not been convicted of being a sex offender.

Can't say the same would be reported by ABC if Brian was an outspoken Tea Party member and the name came up in a story as this again.
