Today a stock by the name of Am West Imaging was having a stellar day. It is apparently into cloud computing and actually has a site that is competitive with open table (which I am familar with) and also bought a secure cloud site for people who want off site storage.

It was up something like 300% today (an explanation was that shorts were being squeezed in this penny stock) when an individual who did not have an attorney and was suing other companies that he calls pump and dump people and companies added AMWI to his law suit saying they were part of the overall scam. That their office was in California with the others in his suit and that they did not have an actual product even though an industry association gave them an award for their dining site.

Well, he put out a press release saying he was adding them to his law suit and the stock dropped about $1.20 the rest of the day to actually close down at about $.26 per share. He may be right about them I do not know. The company came out with a short release saying that almost everything he claimed he was in error on ( I did check their web site and they have an address in Indiana not California). However, right or wrong it would seem to me that a person such as this man could make a fortune.... Find a stock soaring not to new highs but moving big time with some news, then get friends and relatives to short the stock and then put out a release saying the stock is a scam and not real. Within hours you have scared the daylights out of real longs the stock tanks and you or your associates have made millions. What a Christmas present.

A real shame will be if this was a scam on the part of the man "yelling fire" as he probably nnot only got a ton of people to lose their money but he also probably ruined a real company because if they has a real product who in their right minds would now advertize or sign up their restaurant on a site that might be tainted with scandal.

It's like John Corzine saying he does not know where the money is or Obama saying he has no idea how he has a Conn social security number or how he could get a Fulbright scholarship when they are only available to foreigners or any number of questions that are a lot more important that the media does not ask of our evil crook in charge... A man who says the capitalist system does not work and the press and everybody lets this socialist get away with it? Is there anybody out there who listens to what this fool has to say.

Had to get this off my chest. Obama is one dangerous man and nobody is calling him out on it. I know how did I go from AMWI to Obama. Well when I think of frauds, liars, crooks and thiefs I think of Obama and his gang. I wish somebody would wake up the American citizen and get them to take notice. Lets see Newt is smart but believes and agrees with Nancy Peolosi, took 1.5 million dollars from Fannie May and is not a Washington insider ???? is the world going nuts...
