Are these the school teachers that do a lousy job of teaching but whom are protected by the liberal labor unions? Are these the poor schoolteachers that you are talking about? Its so simple role back taxes and fees on business and they will be able to hire more workers that then pay taxes so the schools are funded. Its so easy.
