You are correct that quote is in the new testament part of the old and new testament Bible. However, I am not sure it is in the Quaran (Koran) which is not known as a bible but the sayings of a Prophet.

Whereas .... the Bible is the Inspired Word of God.

Lastly, I have never heard of a gathering of Christians in a street or a stair well calling themselves being inside a church. Maybe that is why a non Muslim such as Oberman brought it up and has not been made a big deal of by true and honest believing Musims.
