I saw the criteria that was used in the rankings you posted. Although we should be number one; I don't know if we should be in the top 20 at this point. If you look at the U.S.'s net worth, I have a feeling we're one of the poorest countries in the world.
As far as far right and far left go; if you ever listen to Beck, especially consistently, you will find that he backs his information very well. He does do some extrapolating; but mostly he uses documented evidence when he is trying to make his points. Also, he is a HUGE fan of our founding fathes and quotes them constantly. Like our founding fathers, I believe in the constitution and the principles that it was founded upon. If I'm far right, then so were our founding fathers. And if that's the case, I'm pround to be so. How the left can even show their faces after being fans and followers of Mao, Che, Marx, Castro, Lennin, etc; the list goes on and on...
Republicans and Democrats have never been further apart. As a country we are so incredibly polorized it's not even funny. And we're getting more so every minute. It's hard to find middle ground when you have a marxist in power, and extreme progressives controlling Congress. Who would want to compromise with people like that? How could anyone have entegrity and compromise with people who are trying to destory our country and the values/principles that it was created on. I only look far right to some considering the absolute Left extremests that I am opposed too. Otherwise, I'm just your average, every day, easy going, dog loving, good neighbor/friend, fun loving American; just like millions and millions of others...
