Contrary to what you may read in the NYT rag, only highlighting the Congressmen who have declared they will vote "Yes", the real story is that Rep. Jason Altmire of PA has held as a "no" vote. He's deeply offended by the "deem and pass" strategy.

It only takes 38 Democrat party defections to kill off ObamaCare. Already, The Hill shows opponents have 36 of those defections lined up.

Toss in Rep. Rush and Rep. DeFazio and the whole nightmare is over. Obama will have three years to recover, and our country will have avoided - for now - the first step to socialized medicine.

I also heard a Texas Congressman refused to take the " Anointed One's" phone call.....Said he didn't wanted to be strong-armed....Gotta love it!
