Honestly, once more, I wonder about whether you have the intellectual capacity to be able to differentiate between one thing and another; in this instance, emergency care and elective treatment.
I ask again because obviously you lack the inteligence to grasp my point even when I give you an example. If a Canadian thinks they have Cancer and make a doctors appointment to find out. How long does that person have to wait before they can receive treatment. Many Cancers are very aggressive and weeks and months can mean the difference between life and death.
Perhaps if you could apply a little common sense to your superior intellect you would gain a little respect from me.
