Possibly you're not contradicting yourself yet again but I'd appreciate an explanation by way of reconciling the above two statements.
Everyone gets health care even though they're not entitled to it? Well, those who can, pay for it through insurance, I understand that (although the amount of insurance is often not adequate to cover costs, but we won't go there). And those who can't are subsidized by those who can through payment of (a) taxes and (b) higher insurance premiums, I understand that too. But according to your reckoning, those who can't, aren't entitled. So how come they get what they aren't entitled to?
