The right forgets that there is more to the Constitution than the Second Amendment.

Primarily the Fourth Amendment which they consistently abuse when in power.

Also note that the preamable starts with "We the People of the United States....." not with "We the corporations.." as the wingnut activist judges in the SCOTUS have recently ruled.
