No it sounds like a whining old lady who is in above her head and maybe shedding a few tears will bring sympathy. There is no crying in the stock market, and just like everywhere else in the adult world trying your best doesn't count. Actions and results do. She has failed and would be fired if she actually was accountable to anyone.LOL
