Glad to hear that you at least give Liberals credit for making our country stronger and better, even if you disagree with some of the policies of the current administration.

It will be an interesting election cycle to be sure. Lots of discontent out there. Understandable given the high level of unemployment and all around frustration with the economic situation. If it doesn't get better, of course the Repubs will take back some seats in Congress this Fall. The most interesting aspect will be the Teabaggers trying to take over the Republican Party. It didn't work out in that district in New York, and it make for fun politics to watch over the next several years leading up 2012.

History will tell if you are on the mark with your comparison to Nazism. I thought the same thing with the past administration with their facist and nationalistic policies.

Closed door politics? Did you forget about all the shenanigans when Tom Delay was in power in Congress? Closed door meetings with energy companies? Squashing of minority dissent, exclusion from meetings, leaving voting times open past normal to ensure your side wins, etc?

What goes around, comes around. I may not agree, but welcome to the real world.
