December XX, 2009:

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 2% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. One percent (1%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -1. (97% of the voters disapprove of of the way Obama is performing his role.)

MSNBC, CNN, NBC, CBS, the NYT all report that the Approval Index rating has jumped 1200%, far surpassing any improvement of any previous president.
