This leads me to an area I have posted on before. One that I believe is very germane and important, but one which Leadership would feel is extremely provocative.

Which individuals negotiated, drafted, counseled and represented PTSC's interests on our behalf in the Joint Venture and Commercialization agreements? If we received substandard representation that resulted in past or present harm to the company or it's shareholders, or where as a result, an individual or group is receiving unfair advantage, do we have any legal recourse against those persons responsible for their representation, or even against that advantaged person or group ? *Agree or disagree, but please doublely think before you reply.

Derivative action:
A lawsuit brought by a corporation shareholder against the directors, management and/or other shareholders of the corporation, for a failure by management. In effect, the suing shareholder claims to be acting on behalf of the corporation, because the directors and management are failing to exercise their authority for the benefit of the company and all of its shareholders. This type of suit often arises when there is fraud, mismanagement, self-dealing and/or dishonesty which are being ignored by officers and the board of directors of a corporation.

Independently retained Shareholder represented Legal Counsel can bring attention, focus and clarity (including closure) to many of the unanswered concerns and questions of Shareholders.

The SEC deck is stacked against Shareholders, but the alternative of an experienced investigative Attorney empowered with the ultimate avenue of the Civil Courts, and the transparencies they create, will get the attention of a company in a way that circumvents the typical SEC roadblocks for Shareholders that companies have come to depend on and enjoy.

Allow me to help you out... You fail to acknowledge the issue, which is the legal sufficiency , authority and validity of the NDA.

The NDAs (and documents) signed between PTSC and TPL may have questions of Legal Enforcability and well as Conflicts of Interest issues
