you are right on but the complex in question are apartments and therefore I do not think it falls under the law you noted. However, it is illogical and unpatriotic for anybody to refuse the flying of our National flag.

By the way have you read Mark Levin's Liberty and Tyranny book?

It is a great read the only problem is that the ones who need to read it will not do so. I just had an email from a liberal who told me that he only has time to get his information from the daley show, NPR and sometimes the NY Times. This is a very very intelligent person but if that is where he gets his information it explains a lot about why we argue over politics and economics and I am at a disadvantage as I have trouble talking and breathing.
