Sedley, I think the idea is to lower cost, not increase them... Hello!!??

Just for arguments sake let's say your numbers are right. Are you saying we should switch over to socialized health care because it's ONLY going to increase costs by 2$39 BILLION, instead of $1 Trillion? Are we supposed to be ok with that? Do you think that's a good thing?
