Funny that the right wing would glom on to that quote. Seeing that they used reconciliation to pass $900 billion worth of unpaid for tax cuts (ie adding to the deficit) during the Bush years.

Note that Dick Cheney cast the tie breaking bote in one of those reconciliations.

How come Fox News doesn't talk about that?
