No, I'm saying that because of the Bush tax cuts the govt. brought in record revenue during his tenure.

And by the way, I don't go for this rich vs. the poor thing. I'm dirt poor; but I'm standing on principal here. The rich pay WAY more than their fair share of the federal income taxes. And the so called poor who pay the least into the national kitty by far benefit the most from federal social programs. Bush's tax cuts benefited everyone; not just the rich.
