"PS Currently 47% of Americans (and 99% of Congress) receive government healthcare while 35% of Americans receive private healthcare"

Add to that the ridiculous pension benefits afforded to public sector employees and it becomes readily apparent why most government entities are effectively insolvent. Shall we make it worse?
