I'm glad to see your pendulum has swung back our way a little bit. Your comment in the title of this message, is the direction politics needs to take. We are not the neocons as you accuse us to be here on this board. Your "Ironic" message is on the mark too. What will make a difference in our country is when the American people begin to elect people who know right from wrong and respect the rights given to each and every one of us in the Constitution. The two major parties will resist this new candidate or try to pretend they are one of us, in upcoming elections. The key will be for the grass roots believers in right vs. wrong, freedom vs. oppression etc... to know who the "good" candidates really are. You must inform yourself, communicate with other likeminded people and get this ball of change rolling in your own neighborhood in 2010.

Some think it can't be done. They believe the two party system will prevail no matter what. They may be right. However, Americans can still elect "good" people to the republican and democrat parties. It is my belief that in 2010 we will see a change in the type of individuals elected. The Kennedy’s, the Pelosi's, the Reed's, the Bush's, the Steven's, the Specter’s, the Frank's, the Dodd's got to go. How do some of these senators and representatives get elected year after year? The elections in their districts either have to be rigged or the people living there have to be brain dead and oblivious to what goes on in our country. I don't want more "illegal" immigrants flocking to our big cities and continuing to vote for these career politicians, that are being negligent of their duties as representatives of our freedoms and rights.

I could go on and on but you know what is happening and can see it for yourself. Get involved with others near you, that have your same beliefs and know who the "good" people are, to back in this next election. The press totally missed what the tea parties and the 912 project are all about. It isn't about one party over the other, it isn't about taxes either(yet). It is about right from wrong and the people representing the wrong need to be shown the door in 2010.
