Thanks to global warming Canada exists today. At one time before all of the factories and cars and well before any white man set foot on the North American continent, there was an ice sheet that covered all of Canada and much of the United States. Global warming melted these ice sheets to bring about the end of the ice age. What you fail to realize is that the earth is constantly changing and the affect that man has on the planet is miniscule imo. Powers within the earth and the power of the universe has a much larger impact on us and the planet.
Perhaps one day in the future people will inhabit the Antarctic just as they inhabit Canada and Alaska today. Once a region inhapitable now supports life.
Perhaps you should be more concerned about the earth losing it's magnetic field. This magnetic field is what shields the earth from deadly radiation from our Sun. Scientific evidence shows that the magnetic field is weakening at an alarming rate and at the rate of decline in the next 1800 years, hardly a tick of the clock, the radiation will destry all life here. IS this not a bigger concern?
