These are just a few examples; there are plenty more out there. I don't know about everyone else, but I've always known that conservatives care and do more than liberals do. Liberals talk the talk, but conservatives walk the walk.
Another difference is, that conservatives do it out of the goodness of their hearts as individuals. They choose to do this, as opposed to liberals who think the government should take the money from people and redistribute it to others, (socialism). Mighty nice of them to take other peoples money that they had worked for and earned and give it to others who didn't work for it or earn it. (Not much of a long term solution either).
The facts show that conservatives care more; we just don't talk about it as much as liberals do.
