Roughly half of the country thinks the way you do, and roughly half thinks the way I do.

I can't say who will make the best president, I merely have made a decision who I think is the best candidate.

I sense that both will do the best they can. I think both Obama and McCain are good people.

It's sad when either candidate is smeared. It's not the way it should be.

Half the country are going to wake up Wednesday and are going to carry a grudge for the next four years. Looking for the elected president to fail. That the change we need, we all got to pull together. Unlike what has been happening.

I can only hope that this time is different?

Considering you are supposedly a conservative, (believe me, everything you've ever posted here says otherwise); and you think going to the most extreme socialistic liberal Senator there is, is the answer, (Oboma). My question to you is; when Obama fails miserably as President, (and does an incredible amount of damage to the country in the process), who will you then look to for answers? Will you come back to your supposed values and beliefs, (conservative Republicanism), or will you go even further Left? Say a Hugo Chavez? Would someone like that work for you?

Your way of thinking just does not compute to me. If my car engine is broke, I figure out what is wrong and fix it. I don't yank my engine and then throw in a huge hamster wheel with a hundred hamsters running on it for power. I fix the engine! It's like being a die hard Sacramento Kings fan and then suddenly switching sides to the Lakers because you have issues with the Kings management. It's like being a 49'ers fan and then out of the blue becoming a Cowboys fan because you don't like the way the team is being run. It's like being a Mark Martin fan in Nascar, and then out of the blue switching to Jeff Gorden. You just don't do that!! You fix what is wrong, because you believe in the core team and principles upon which it is founded on and fights for every day, (even when they screw up and make big mistakes). You don't wholesale switch over to the enemy!!! There's a word for that....
