Make no mistake, I am and never was a Bill Clinton supporter, but ain't it funny how quickly the Democrats have forgotten that their "Savior" had ZERO foreign policy experience when he was elected, and he was running for PRESIDENT, yet they long for the days of Slick Willie and can't talk enough about how good it was back in the day! It appears his best credentials at the time he was elected is that he went to school in London for short period and the he could see Mississippi from his home state of Arkansas, lol.
Palin's strengths may not be in the foreign policy area directly, but for starters, she's the VP, not the P, and they'll have a team around them from which she'll have the opportunity to get up to speed very quickly as they transition into office, and she brings many other strengths from knowledge into energy issues, experience in goverment reform, a female perspective on issues, and excellent politcal skills, which will come in handy in working through an EXTREMELY and EMBARASSINGLY partisan US Government.
"Under the pressure of a Presidential campaign, Gov. Bill Clinton has been trying to outline his own unique foreign policy, while at the same time fending off criticism from the Bush White House that he is a closet dove masquerading as a hawk and that his experience in world affairs is limited to breakfast at the International House of Pancakes."
