You guys can decide on which one of you has the top office and second place. Me? I'd like to be Secretary of War.......which is what it was originally called before Robert Strange McNamara changed it to "Secretary of Defense".

There won't be much with me in charge. My theory is that if you go to war, you don't go with the Militarys' hands tied behind their backs. We will "walk softly and carry a big stick." (Thank you, Teddy Roosevelt for that thought.)
