Do you think that the evidence of infringement will be presented in highly technical terms that is beyond the comprehension of all but those with post-doctoral experience or might analogy be used to simplify the technical to a general understanding? Further, might they not explain what the patent covers and then show where(reverse-engineering)the infringement occurs eg the patent claims xysquiggle, which can be found here, here and here?
