Don't you think that statement is a little too far fetched? I mean the most succesful US president in the last 30 years (Clinton) send a bunch of our boys to Bosnia in 98. Unjustfully so I should add.

Sadly Politics and War usually go along together and the US has a sincere history of proving hard to break that correlation....regardless of who is in office

Who says Clinton was the best President we've had in the last 30 years. I bet you won't get many votes for him from people on this board.

And dang right it was unjustified! Can you imagine the nerve of Clinton; not only did he not check in and get permission from the U.N. to attack Serbia...he didn't even get the FRENCH'S permission!!! And you say he's the greatest President in the last thirty years... :)
