My opinion on the rules and authority of the Board Monitor is mainly in respect to the Discussion Board, however, I do believe that we should be as respectful to each other as we would be if we were talking face to face.

As much as I agree with you that the Off Topic Board should operate under more flexible rules and regulations, I it should never be acceptable to insult, belittle or offend people. If we do not exercise some control, where will it end? It might end with the closing of this more flexible forum.

Judging by your posts (or, at least the ones I have read) you are usually considerate of others, so I think you agree with this. Or not? :-)
