I humbly suggest that the introduction of Board Monitors has proved to be one of, if not, the worst decisions made.

An idea which had tremendous potential has merely proved devisive, as exemplified by the more recent messages and resignations, reappointments, and resignations.

What is the point of retaining the current appointees when one bemoans the lack of absolute power, and the other refuses to flag messages which may be in breach of the rules, thereby completely negating the role of "monitor"?

For the sake of the forum, I urgently request a reversion to the prior system which, despite the flaws, was far superior to that which exists at present.
