There's a chance that we can pull our ground troops out of Iraq. A base or two in both Iraq and afghanistan would more than suffice. A presence in the mideast along with a carrier and support vessels in the Caspian.

Much cheaper and just as effective. Why we have to police those people is beyond me.

I say Obama because Bush did nada in his 8 years, take a look around. Hint, check the economy and the national debt. The country is in horrible shape.

It wasn't too long ago someone posted a link here to a goverment study showing there were more US servicemen/women killed during Clinton's 8 years than in Bush's.
