Actually I'm a registered Democrat who voted Republican in the last two elections because I thought Bush as the better man and still do. I think anyone that thinks any president is going to change Washington DC is being very naive. The special interest groups and big money run the country. The politicians are mainly there to lobby for their state whether or not for the good of the country and to line their pockets with money from lobbiests and big business. Thats who they represent not us.
So you say you vote for the man. We have a bonified Viet Nam war hero that has never placed an earmark on a bill. Someone that says he will veto any bill with earmarks attached. Someone that recognizes the importance of a free Iraq and its affect on that region of the world. He also understands how important it is to take the fight to the terrorists rather than waiting for them to attack us first. The only real knock I see in John is his age.
On the other side We have a man who tried cocaine when younger and was very close to a very racist pastor that spews hatred for this country while praising Africa. He is one of the most liberal canidates who will definitely raise our taxes and throw everything our military has accomplished in Iraq down the toilet. This is a man that can do no wrong in the eyes of the media as they are 90% liberal leaning and therefore biased in their coverage.
To me the choice is very clear.
All the best,
Steve
