From experience, the above will only invest at a discount to the prevailing market price. I would sooner a commercial loan at up to 12% over prime was taken out, fairly easy given the stated solid cash position, and wait for appreciation in share price before issuing further stock.

There is absolutely no reason to place shares at these acknowledged depressed prices without there being a conflict to the overriding fiduciary duty, in my very humble opinion.
