SGE, sorry I didn't see your post as I didn't realize this thread was moved over here. I hear what you are saying, but in short, and I will keep it short because if I feel like driving you crazy I will just pick up the phone and make you listen to me..LOL We have been saying the same thing for the past couple of years, that being good things are happening, and quite frankly....IMO it hasen't been that great.

B_Lunist, I am the one who asked, what do we have to lose...18 cents? I wasn't saying I want to lose 18 cents/share, rather, IMO, right or wrong, I believe that if there was to be change at the BoD level, than IMO better that it happen now when the SP is so low, than to wait until we get confirmation from the USPTO, have the SP climb start the climb like it did in 2006...than have change at the BoD level that is perceived by some as bad, to only stop the forward momentum. So, in short.....clean everything up now so that if/when we get great news...no more obstacles. Agree, disagree...that's fine....just my opinion. Also, your post insinuates I am freakin out because of the low SP...quite the contrary...I am numb...seriously...that is the scarry part, I will lose a lot of money if this goes to 0, and the fight in me is almost gone....that to me is a problem, I probably need to be a little more freaked about it. LOL

Srandl...You made a post with my name in the subject supporting the sending a letter to RG to support him removing the BoD. I am not sure how you got that from my post, as the process doesn't work that way. I would like to see a change in BoD members to get RG more support...but that's it.

Anyways guys, have a good one. Based on the '336 news, which I believe was expected, it appears we are in for a long summer. I trust that our legal team will overcome this obstacle, and that the patents are under a lot of scrutiny which will only make them that much stronger if they survive the process. I just wish I was buying in today, as compared to over the last 3 years.
