Why should we not want Gloria Felcyn and Helmut Falk on the PTSC board of directors? Gloria Felcyn, I believe is a CPA, and it seems to me that some boards of directors have a CPA as a director. Maybe her responsibilities are not obvious to the rest of us. And maybe the same can be said for Helmut Falk.

You, I realize, are not the only one who seems displeased with what these two directors do (or don't do) on the PTSC board. Do you mind sharing your concerns with those of us who could use your input?

And, if you don't mind, what does the following statement from your post mean?

"The deflections of the GLORIA FELCYN and HELMUT FALK supporter ladies and gentlemen."
