Define certified. Can a patent be certified yet lose or have weakened claim(s)?

IMO, both Bill and "She" did the same thing. They called the USPTO and relayed what they were told by their contact. So, if Milestone believes Bill should be banned, than the same goes for "she". Like I said in my post, I believe neither should be. My advice, and I know you won't take it...is to cut the petty crap! The SP increase was unfortunate....but one should not make financial decissions based on a post in this forum.

Now, to answer your "run up" question. I would say that maybe Bill needs to be extra careful because it is appears that investors pay more attention to him than "she"!
