It is a very poorly run company....As i sit here i still do not have Adobe flash on my new HP...Others issues as well the most glaring being a lack of integrity/ not calling back and not showing up when promised...

I did download Adobe and it did not take...I could not wait the 10 days for my secret agent to return so i brought the putter back to the store...I had been at Best Buys several times to get a Geek back to my house....So this afternoon i dropped the PC off in person at the store and was told after an hour of high consulatation that everything was just working fine...I got home just before midnight all excited and hooked the PC up....Still not able to open up any files and no stinking video's....Back to BB tomorrow.....I am going to ask for VDC Parking....Larry
