Pretty funny stuff. Of course, I, too attended the Saturday Matinees with a western (usually John Wayne) an hour of cartoons and a feature film. It cost eight cents to get in and with my 10 cents allowance, that gave me 2 cents for penny candy. In those days, I usually got two tootsie pops ( which were twice as big then as they are now) and 2 pieces of Double Bubble gum.

I think there was also a series of Superman that was done for the movie theaters. There were also other series.......one the the "scariest" was "The Iron Claw". I never wanted to miss one single episode of that one.
