I apologize for saying you were blowing smoke up my butt and that you were dumb and idiots for considering RS. I also apologize to other believers in the strengths and efficacy of this financial idea.

Although I consider the use of RS idiotic and a suckers game, this gave me no right to harrass anyone about their strong held beliefs that this is a great financial tool.

Also, I have also been making statements like Mr. Johnson/ the Perrigrine 3 and Mr. Swartz are criminals. I have no substantive basis for these remarks as they may be exemplary citizens just trying to make a buck like me.

Picking up a company like Transdimension, Oxford Semiconductors went after them at a time after Series B funds had been obtained. Mr. G was involved with this process as the CEO of the company being acquired. This is really important to me as it indicates he is familiar with the ins and outs of the M&A process. Along with Cliff Flowers, another M&A process expert, they should be a real team at coordinating a merger.
