There are several reasons I'm not posting on the main dicussion forum:

- it takes a lot of time. I feel obliged to complete discussion I start or get involved in which requires more time than I can afford to do.

- negativity should be off topic as people are investing hard earned money and don't need to read negativity which is the main thing I'm seeing for PTSC until PTO victory. It angers many posters who only want to read positive things about PTSC which I see almost nothing that is positive from the NDA going forward. I don't want to whine based on my personal subjectivity, similar to the point you raised on the hiring of Goerner, for example. With the sudden, inexplicable departure of Pohl ( that weirdly was not addressed for several days)I believe Johnson started a coup d'etat with outside help to dump Turley and bring in someone he (and S&L and possibly TPL) could control. Dr. Nick and Cliff would not be recommending a new CEO as they were hired by Turley and Gloria is an auditor/accountant and Falk is not involved. I believe Johnson has taken the leadership position and he recommended Goerner to the board with support from all of the old guard and Swartz and TPL.

- I have cut way back on the time I spend here, in fact today is more time than I have spent on this forum than I did in the last 2 months combined.

- There are positve ways to look at this same issue as you so aptly pointed out. I choose not to employ a positive note at this time because I do not believe positive things are occuring at PTSC. Previously, I was positive and had good things to say about everyone. Things started to unravel for PTSC during negotiations with the J3. TPL worked a deal with J3 that was great for a private company but disastrous for a public one, that is accountable to its shareholders. TPL could care less what our SP is except in a takeover.

- Another nice thing is that your posts are not reflected anywhere in your post history. If you review mine, my last post was in the beginning of January with one exception. These are some of the reasons.

- I also addressed this with kiddtrader a few weeks back: " I won't post on the main board until I feel that PTSC is on solid ground. It will take a USPTO victory to probably bring me back, and that seems to be taking a long time. Timing is everything in this case. I don't like to post negatively and if I get caught up in discussion, I may become critical of PTSC. This does no one any good and hides the fact that I am heavily invested in PTSC and similar to you, I have held through thick and thin. Worst case scenario.

The SP will be driven down and TPL will make an offer to shareholders to buy shares for a dollar or two dollars and they take PTSC private. This can and does happen.
