This is one my husband told me about going through Hell Week with the fraternity he became a member of (Kappa Psi)....

The guys were sitting around toward the end of the "week" complaining bitterly about what they were  being put through when one of the other Pledges came in and, after listeneing for a while, siad. "Oh, it isn't really that bad.  I thought it would be worse. "

The others immediately turned on him and one of them said in a very stern voice, "Fred!  B***h or get out!"

That's sort of what the discussion board sounds like today.   LOL
