DP may have stayed around to assist JT and they may or may not have been on the same page.

My problem is his departure should have been from a PR point, described in detail with press coverage and details of what was happening and that there would be no immediate successor, etc., etc. I was unaware of the resignation until reading it here at Agora, as I look at SEC input on a random basis. I look at press releases every day. To me, his resignation is just as important as a licensing and it should have been addressed by PTSC. By not doing this, in my mind, something unfortunate occurred that caused his resignation.

I must have missed the place where he said better days were ahead. I will check this out tomorrow. The only thing that I read was that he was leaving to spend time with family.

The Company said nothing at all relating to his departure to the best of my knowledge, thus leaving one's imagination to run wild as to why such a low profile departure of the guy who set in motion the revenue stream on the only valuable portfolio that PTSC has produced. This is what is very disconcerting to me. No respect? Why? Even if he requested no fanfare, it would be incumbent on management to recognize his departure and if not, one assumes (a bad thing), there were problems associated with his departure.
