A deal was struck in December with requirements of which we are unaware. This deal was for the financial betterment of all parties concerned. Remember, all except TPL are public corporations.

The only thing we have going for us really is the MMP. The MMP appears to be solid as granite but is under scrutiny.

Positive results of this scrutiny will result in a dramatic, gigantic solidification of the power of the MMP. Everything hinges from the standpoint of the power of the MMP on the evaluation of its efficacy.

Furthermore, my rantings which probably upset Wolfpackvolt with whom I agree and others with PTSC is due to my own focus on improvement and change. I believe that I have forcefully presented a picture of the problems facing the internal management  intransigence that may or may not exist in this company. I know it affects and/or irritates or confirms in the mind of the reader their beliefs on what is going on behind closed doors.
