My ownership of PTSC is split between two brokerage houses( one being Etrade) and I have not received a proxy from either. Anyone else? Will follow up tommorow of course. On another note, I have a question for Ronran. What would you consider a reasonable time frame for Judge Ward to schedule a CMC, given the expeditious reputation of the court? Seems to me that if one is not soon scheduled... one might suspect some negotiating is taking place. Am I premature in my thinking? TIA
