I`ve gone back & reread many of your previous posts.. it is very obvious you have a target on Ron`s back.. for what reason I don`t know. Perhaps Ron is tiring of your long term picking at him, and he is beging to become short with you.. whatever you motive is, what you have seen recently is probably the worst you are going to get him to react, as we all know what a stand up individual he is. Will you be volunteering your expert legal analysis on Judge Fogel`s ruling and how his decision applies to PTSC v. Fish ?

Ron posted on this subject last yr when it occured (before, during and after), if you want his thoughts on this so badly, dig back in the archives and read what he said, of course you alrerady know this

If you want him to read thru the Pacer docs re PTSC v Fish, and give his thoughts on the potential litigation, send him the docs yourself.. don`t ask for someone else to do your work when you are in a pissin` match.
