TPL wouldn`t necessarily have to ``hold off`` anything. For all we KNOW, they have pre-arranged license signing meetings scheduled for Monday-Wednesday. Would make everything timely and on the ``up-`n-up``. Bottom line, I can`t see why they wouldn`t cooperate if there`s something in the offing. IF IF IF there`s something in the offing....
